Took my laptop to these guys after the screen stopped working. They were able to get all my files off the hard drive into a portable drive so could transfer them to my new computer. Thanks!

The tech support team is phenomenal. Years ago, nothing like this existed. Wether you are a college student who just lost a semesters worth of assignments, a small business owner or office manager who have lost important files or even an average person with years of memories on your desktop, you will be happy this company exists. I was in a big technology company. One of the computer and hard disk of my company were broken last week. We try many methods but the issue did not fixed. It is unbelievable but they did it. This helped us greatly. My colleagues and I felt amazing, and we really appreciate their hard work.
